Our boutique studio is open 7 days per week, offering a diverse range of Yoga, Barre, Yin and Pilates classes.
We are delighted to cater for beginners, those with a regular practice and inviting you back to the mat after injury and other life events. We welcome you to experience each class for it’s uniqueness and to meet our amazing teachers.
Please check our timetable for our current schedule. We value balance in all things, time with family and friends – as such we may be closed on some public holidays.
Studio Etiquette:
- Please wear comfortable clothing to all Yoga, Barre, Yin and Pilates classes.
- Thank you for bringing your own mat to each class.
- Thank you for leaving your shoes and belongings (including mobile phones) at the door upon entering the Studio.
- Thank you for being respectful of others, by switching phones to silent.
- Thank you for arriving approximately 15 mins early for your first class, so we can welcome you and check you in.
- Thank you for arriving with an open mind and heart for all classes.
Covid Safe Practices:
- Thank you for staying at home if you are unwell.
- Thank you for using our hand sanitiser on arrival and departure.
- Thank you for observing social distancing, including using our mat markings for all classes.
- Thank you for booking into each class, to ensure your space is secured.
- Thank you for bringing your own mat and wearing socks in Studio.
