Barre Classes Sunshine Coast
Our 45min Barre classes are for anyone who wishes to become stronger and more toned, while having some fun. Barre is the perfect balance to our Yoga, Yin, and Gentle classes. Barre and Pilates classes offer targeted strength and toning, which supports the flexibility we develop through our Yoga practices.
Barre classes at Haven Yoga Studio include some postures similar to mat Pilates, as well as time on the barre. We use the barre to push, pull and build strength into the upper body, while supporting us as we develop and tone our lower body. When you join one of our classes, you may use a small range of equipment to help define and target zones, including Pilates balls, 1kg hand weights and resistance bands.
