Yoga classes at Haven Yoga Studio offer a beautiful variety of Vinyassa-style flows. Power Yoga classes offer deep, strong poses, with energetic flow. Haven’s Yoga classes include creative flows, mindful practices like SlowFlow, and more Gentle classes. Our Yin Yoga classes are a wonderful way to find inner quiet, through this passive practice.

Our Barre classes are fun, strong and dynamic. We focus on our core, while working through sequences using small ranges of movement designed to target specific areas of the lower and upper body.

Our Yoga Classes are carefully created by our amazing teachers. Most of our Yoga classes are a Vinyasa flow style, but we encourage our teachers to be creative in their classes.
Haven Yoga Studio’s Yoga classes offer a practice where we flow a little more, embrace stronger poses, and challenge our fitness, flexibility, and strength.
If you are looking for something more challenging, our Yoga classes at Haven Yoga Studio are perfect for you – incorporating a degree of difficulty in; sequencing, transitions between poses, peak poses, or endurance holds of some powerhouse poses.
Our Yoga classes encourage flowing movements and transitions. You may hold poses a little longer, creating heat and strength.
Haven Yoga Studio’s classes are carefully designed for beginners through to advanced practitioners, so come along and enjoy the fun.
This 45min class is for anyone who wishes to become stronger and more toned, while having some fun. Barre is the perfect balance to our Yoga, Yin and Gentle classes, by developing targeted strength and toning to support the flexibility we develop through our Yoga practices.
Our Barre classes are proving very popular, and contrary to popular belief they are not ballet classes. Some of our client feedback includes feeling more confident and with improved posture, and “I thought Barre classes were just ballet and therefore for ladies. It reminds me of my PT sessions in the Army, I will definitely be back.” (Andy Client)
Yin Yoga is a simple, passive practice that targets the deeper connective tissues of the body, the fascia, ligaments, joints and bones. It is mainly floor based, coming into a pose, becoming still, relaxing the muscles and holding the pose generally for 3 to 5 minutes. It is meditative and allows us to slow down, recharge and restore balance.
Gentle Yoga is a wonderful way to truly stretch out the body and slow down the breath.
Our Gentle Yoga Classes are suitable for everyone. We move slowly through each pose, offering adjustments to make each one more accessible and comfortable for you.
Our goal in Gentle Yoga is to feel each pose, then sink a little more deeply in to receive the benefits. As we flow, our aim is to quieten the mind and slow the breath. Allowing for Savasana, our final resting pose, to be a blissful experience.
Our Slow Flow Yoga classes are carefully designed to to inspire mindful movement.
Our teachers create flows that encourage a deeper awareness of our breath and movement connection. Slow Flow Classes will move into poses more purposefully, achieving depth in each posture.
Slow Flow is a wonderful choice for those new or returning to Yoga, as well as more advance Yogis seeking the opportunity to dive a little deeper into each pose.
Our Pilates are strengthening classes. We focus on developing the stabilising muscles found in the core of the body, ensuring strength of muscles in the abdomen and lower back.
Pilates is a wonderful compliment to both Yoga and Barre. With regular practice, we can lengthen our muscles, strengthen our entire body, enhance balance and improve our posture.
Our boutique studio welcomes mums-to-be in all of our Yoga, Yin, Gentle, and Slow Flow classes.

Our carefully designed Haven Yoga Kids Classes are fun and engaging. Yoga, mindfulness, calming, and breathwork are incorporated to support all children.
Kids Yoga classes at Haven Yoga Studio are designed to meet the physical, emotional, and mental needs of children from Kindy through 13 years. We offer classes weekly during school terms.
No Yoga experience required, everyone is welcome in our Kids Yoga Classes.

Firstly, congratulations and we hope you and bub are doing well.
You are most welcome to enjoy classes at Haven Yoga Studio throughout your pregnancy and for post natal recovery. If you have an established practice, please let our Yoga and Pilates teachers know of your pregnancy and they will support you with modifications.
If you are new to Yoga or Pilates we encourage you to wait until after 12 weeks to begin a new practice. Please also listen to any medical advice and share this with our teachers on arrival to each class.
To begin your pregnancy journey, we recommend joining Gentle Yoga or Slow Flow. Our teachers will happily offer adjustments to support you throughout your pregnancy.
