We love our 45 minute Barre classes!  

Barre is for anyone who wishes to become stronger and more toned, while having some  fun. Barre is the perfect balance to our Yoga, Yin, and Gentle classes, by developing targeted strength and toning to support the flexibility we develop through our Yoga practices.

Haven Yoga Studio’s Barre classes are proving very popular, and contrary to common held belief – they are not ballet classes.
